Hi there! My name is Carlton and I’m a Personal Trainer/ Health Coach. Having worked in the fitness industry for over 9 years, I have worked with a range of clients from different fitness backgrounds. Those who have trained for many years, but without much results, as well as complete beginners.

I specialise in body transformation and weight loss, but I also love helping people with strength and conditioning as well as core stability and postural issues. You can check out a few of the people I’ve helped in the ‘client transformation’ section.

My aim as a personal trainer is to bring about a change in my clients that is lasting and to develop habits that are easy to follow. I believe in laying a solid foundation on technique and form on all lifting patterns such as the deadlift, squat, bench or any other lifts that form the basis of developing a strong body. I also believe that nutrition plays a very important role in any fat loss/weight loss as well as muscle building program. I help my clients by educating them on how to achieve optimum results through proper nutrition based on their goals.
