Passionately changing lives through fitness!

Hello, I'm Carlton, a dedicated Personal Trainer with over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey into fitness started during my university years when I discovered the gym. Despite being a naturally very skinny dude, I had a deep-seated passion for sports, indulging in activities like football, table tennis, badminton and squash to name a few. Over the space of three years, my commitment to the gym paid off, transforming me from a v skinny young man to someone with substantially more muscle mass and strength. Driven by my newfound passion, I immersed myself in understanding the intricacies of the human body, muscle building, and the significance of proper nutrition. This dedication led me to transition from my previous job to pursue personal training full-time, fueled by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. Since then, I've orchestrated numerous successful body transformations, both on myself and with my clients. These experiences have deeply influenced my approach to training and nutrition, culminating in the development of my 'Rapid Body Transformation Method.' This method forms the bedrock of my 12-week body transformation program, seamlessly integrating cutting-edge training techniques and nutrition strategies to expedite progress and yield tangible, long-lasting results. In 2018, my journey faced a significant setback when I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident, sidelining me from work for nearly two years. This experience, marked by muscle loss, weight gain, and a temporary inability to train, fostered a profound empathy for individuals struggling to achieve their fitness aspirations. While my expertise predominantly lies in body transformations and weight loss, I'm equally passionate about enhancing strength, conditioning, core stability, and addressing postural issues. As a personal trainer, my goal is to instill enduring change in my clients, cultivating habits that are not only effective but sustainable.
